Is it true that you can sex a chick at 3 days old?

I heard that you can sex a chick at 3 days old by their wings it this true and if so how do you do it. Please help because I would need to do it today.

It only works if they are bred for it, so they need a rooster with a slow feathering gene as a father and a mother with the fast feathering gene.
If they are not bred for it wont work.
Only breeds I know of specifically bred for wing sexing are Meatbirds and commercial white leghorns.

You basically look at how many rows of wing feathers there are, if there is one row of same lenght feathers its a cockerel and if there are 2 distinctly different lenght rows of feathers its a pullet.

What breed? I can sex Barred Rocks as soon as they are dried off after hatching, but by color and headspot, not wing feathers--they have to be bred especially for that.
