Is it true you can sex a 3 week, almost 4 week, old EE by pea comb?

Is it true that one row means pullet and 3 rows means roo? I was only able to get pictures of 3 out of the 4 because the 4th kept wiggling so the picture came out blurry. But out of these three I have one roo, one pullet and one I'm not sure? Or is this not a true way to tell gender at this age?

Most EE hens don't have three rows of peas on their comb, so this is a pretty reliable method. It looks like the first and third are cockerels, and the one in the middle is a pullet.
