Lately our rooster Django (serama) has been let active and is sleeping more often, and doesn't eat as much, I was sort of concerned when I saw him sleeping in my room by his self since he's always around us.

There have been no signs of worms in his droppings but could it still be worms,?

It could be worms. Chickens can have worms without actually seeing them in poop. Inspect him closely for lice/mites too.
