I've noticed one of my three week old chicks had a mustard yellow poop. It appears to be wet and slightly watery. I have heard that this is a sign of health problems or infections. Is this true, or is it normal?

I will post photos as soon as I can. I am feeding them Purina brand starter chick feed. The chick is eating, drinking, and sleeping just fine but I would just like to know if I should be concerned about the chicks so I can isolate it as soon as possible.

If she's eating/drinking and active then I wouldn't worry too much. Chicken poop can be different colors and consistency.

Go by behavior. A sick chick will most often stay under or near heat, stand off its own, often with eyes closed, huddle, fluff up, they won't be eating/drinking and running about with the others.
