Hard to tell, is the comb more straight or curved on top? If it is curved it tends to be a roo. Based on size of comb and lack or tail feathers I’m leaning towards roo.

its curved to the side a little, but no red...

I️ found a pic on google to give you an idea of what I’m talking about. It says Cochin Bantam but I️ have found most of this info to prove true for Standard

I think it is still too young to sex. Give it 3 or so more weeks-- things should be more clear then.

How old is your baby? All my roosters didn’t grow tails until they were completely feathered and almost full grown.
