Is my 3 month old chicken Ginger a pullet or cockerel? And what breed/mix is it please?

Hi, I bought some chickens a month ago (I'm new). Loved them and bought more. Now the one in question is the orange-gold one with the uppy stance who was supposed to be a RIR cross Sussex pullet. However I started to question that because she looked so different to my other RIR sussex pullets. Okay, so she/he has uppy stance, pale comb (compared with the others), triple pea comb (I think you call it), thick legs, yellow legs, long toes, green shimmer on the black feathers, pointy feathers on the very back (before tail) but smallish body. I'm guessing it's a cockerel now, but so hoping for a pullet as the barred chicken loves Ginger... And Ginger is a good chicken. Sometimes Ginger wants to hog the food....But Ginger gets on with all the others and the barred follows Ginger everywhere. If cockerel then is this small pale comb uncommon, I guess. Any idea of the breed? It's a lot lighter than my RIR sussexes and its got yellow legs.

For breed he could be a New Hampshire Red.

He is not a New Hampshire as he has a pea comb. Definitely not half Sussex either. Perhaps part Easter Egger. I would ask what other potential parents there are!
