Is my 7 week old Pyle OEGB a roo?!

I'd say roo, but I don't have any experience with this breed.

This one has had me saying pullet all this time but now the tiny wattles are starting so I'm scared! The comb has stayed light pink, not red.

You wouldn't get that dark red coloring on the shoulders and back with a red pyle OEGB pullet. Has to be a cockerel, even though it otherwise doesn't look like one yet.
