No its fine, don't worry when chickens first start to lay they lay small eggs, often called wind eggs, it may not have a white or a yolk but this is normal for wind eggs. Its their bodies way of getting used to laying eggs and the first stages of production (think test eggs) . If she is healthy and happy then all should be fine, and given time the eggs will increase in size. Another thing is that during the first few months of laying they will lay what's known as 'pullet' eggs, these are smaller than the adults/ seasoned layers eggs for the same reasons as above.
