Is my Brahma a ROO?

I purchased all pullets. I have two other Brahmas from the same hatch date (buff and dark). They have no combs yet and are feathered out. This one still has “bald” patches that haven’t come in, has a comb, and I think it looks red. Could it be a roo?

Wow, he's a precocious one! You can see definition of pea rows in the comb already and his stance is all boy.
