How old exactly though? An exact age is very important for determining gender
That said, so far I'm leaning pullet depending on age

We got them April 15th

So about 10 1/2 weeks old assuming they were day old chicks. In that case keep an eye on it, but I'm still leaning pullet depending on how she develops in the next 2 weeks. Post another pic in a week or 2

Looks like a pullet to me for that age, if you have a few better pics it might be easier to determine but really seems to be a pullet to me.
