Is my chick having hiccup?

I have successfully hatched 17 silkie chicks (5 of which are actually hatched by a different hen). One of them died falling from nest, one died weak not eating or drinking at all, one died today having deep abnormal breathing for 3 days. I noticed that 2 of the remaining chicks seems to be having hiccups. Here is what one look like:

any idea?

I use soil as bedding.
