Is my chick ill?

Hi guys,

Just after a bit of advice please! Took home 2 chicks on Friday and while both are acting fine, eating and drinking etc. I noticed one had diarrhoea this AM and a sort of foamy yellowy poop this afternoon. I've given them both a little verm-x. They're around 10 days old. Could it be coccidiosis even though the chick is acting fine otherwise?

I'm a little worried and not sure what am able to give 10 day old chicks. Any help is appreciated!
