is my chicken broody ? what should I do ?

Hi everyone just wanted to ask what I should do if I have a hen thsts sitting on eggs all day ? If I move her off she starts screeching really up set. Dont know what to do
Leave her ? Or move her ?
Any help greatly appreciated

Are the eggs fertile?...If not remove all eggs and put her in a wire bottom cage up of the ground so her belly cools..

Thank you for your rply It's most helpful. The eggs aren't fertile so I removed the eggs and put her into the garden to free range and locked her out of the hen house. This morning she came out of the hutch on her own and is niw in the garden with the others so it looks like she has stopped staying in the coup with the eggs thanks Joanne
