Is my coop and run sizes big enough for 10 chicks?

The outside demintations of the coop is 8' x 10' ( 80 sq ft ) and the run is 5.8' x 12' ( 69 sq ft ) or 5.8' x 10' ( 58 sq ft ) I will let them go in and out of the coop and run durning the day and lock them up inside the coop at night.

Will this be enough for 10 medium sized layers? Could I add more?

Coop can hold 20 chickens but in your run each bird needs 10'sq, so if you want 10 chickens run needs to be at least 100'sq
