I’m really disappointed if she’s a rooster. I thought this breed was auto-sexed at birth. The rooster pics I found online had larger combs, so I’m still crossing my fingers, but I’m not very hopeful she’s still a she.

I'm sorry! I try to look at my (many) boys and think of the additional chicks I'll be able to hatch with their genetics. Nevermind half of those or more will be MORE roosters... At least he's very handsome if you need to rehome him!

Sorry, but he was an obvious cockerel! Pointed saddle feathers, long sickles, large and bright combs and waddles, his light Barred coloring . . . all indications that your bird is a male! Are you planning to keep him?
