Is my Delaware a Rooster or Hen?! Help!!

Back in April I got a couple hens from a friend and this morning I let everyone out of the coop and the neighbors roosters where crowing and my chicken started to crow back! So now I'm wondering if my hen is actually a rooster!! I believe she is only about 15 weeks old.

Totally a cockerel, the red comb and wattles and male feathers give it away.
