Is my duck sick?

I have four 5 week old chicks and one duck of about the same age, he is in his molting stage already but seems a little sickly...his eyes seem slightly watery and I've heard him sneeze a few times, this is my first time with chicks and ducks so I'm not sure what I should do, should I separate him?!
