I've now found 2 eggs close to her nest that had a hole in them and the chick eaten out of it, is she eating the ones that are no good? Is it likely to be something else? She's SERIOUSLY SERIOUS about those eggs so I don't want to move her unless I have to. They're about a week from hatching.

Can rodents get to where she's sitting? Sounds like a rat or something could have sneaked the eggs from underneath her and eaten them.

Yes, if they're stealthy (which they usually are) could I move her and the nest after dark into a kennel in the same spot?

That could work. I've moved broodies without a hitch. It depends on the hen of course, they're all individuals. In your situation I'd risk it, she could loose all her eggs if they keep taking them.
