So heres the situation, about 2-3 days ago I noticed one of our Orpingtons was very lethargic and had puffed feathers, when we took her in to observe her we thought maybe she egg bound so we gave her a warm bath. After the bath, we ended up pulling out some feces that was trapped in her about 5-6 inches long and maybe a 1/2 inch in radius so we thought she was good! well now it's the next day and she's not as lethargic but still is, we've given her a few more baths and we haven't gotten anything out from her since the first bath. after the last bath she had i felt around and inside her vent but didn't feel an egg... is it possible she's bound deeper in her vent or is she just taking time to recover? her comb and wattle went from grey to pink after her first bath and shes eating and drinking again but not a lot. is she egg-bound or maybe sick? Should we put her back with her flock? She also still seems to have issues walking and when she stands or wings droop, shes also pooping like normal again too

Welcome to BYC. Does she have access to poultry grit to help her gizzard work to find food? If you can give her a dose of human calcium with vitamin D 300-600mg right into her beak to swallow, that can help if she is egg bound. How does her crop feel—empty and flat, or full, firm, dough-like, or squishy? What is she eating?
