Is my Hen sick?

Hello! Need help with my Rhode Island Red Hen. She usually runs around with the flock.
But she is standing alone as the others run off. She was normal yesterday, her vent is clean. She just isn't acting herself. She walks around for a bit, then stops.
Any advice please?

She is a little over a year, I usually feed her flock vegetables scraps, scratch and crumbles.

Sorry to hear your hen might not be feeling well. Be sure to check her crop first thing in the morning; you will want it to be flat. It should fill up throughout the day and empty overnight. Also, when was the last time she laid an egg?
