Is my hen sick?

I have a gold duckwing Phoenix hen who is panting and making a hee-honk sound like a peacock. I do have peacocks close by who sometimes make that noise. Do you think she learned it from them? Also, she is panting and sneezing. Her face is turning red and the other hens don't have a red face. Is she sick? If so can we cure it? Will other hens who are exposed to the hen get sick to?

Is it hot where you live? It sounds like she may just be hot. When my chickens are hot, they pant with their beaks wide open, and sometimes make strange noises.
