Is my hen too young to set?

I searched the thread and couldn't find an answer to my question. I have a bantam EE that went broody yesterday. She started laying 3 weeks ago at 4 1/2 months old. Is she too young to let set? It's been along time since I let a broody set. I usually use an incubator so I am concerned if she will be a good mom at such a young age..

i would not give egg to a broody unless she was broody more than 3 days.

I'll wait a few more days and put some eggs under her .Might be nice having someone else do the chick raising

yes you don;t want to be tricked into putting eggs under and have her change her mind. I have a hen who acts broody sometimes, and I know she is truely broody when she stops laying eggs then I know she is ready to hatch some out.
