Is my humidity ok on day 3?

Sooo I've not added any water yet- I'm on day 3. Temp 100 and humidity is 17%...am I ok? Is it fine to just add some water this evening?

Personally I don't like my humidity less than 25% or higher than 40%. When I am incubating and my humidity doesn't stay above 25% dry I add a wet sponge (rather than deal with water wells) and it usually holds it right around the 30%.
