I have been told that this little buff orpington is a she but I am just curious as to what everyone thinks?

I am raising her alone at the moment as I have two other young orpingtons I bought (not from the same Batch as her) and they won't except her. One will (the lavender buff) but she is with a cockerel (I was told he was a she also) who will not except my little buff. Unfortunately the cockerel has to go tomorrow as we cannot keep them where I live and I will then put the two girls together.

Here is a photo... I am so hoping you all say girl as I have grown so attached. She sleeps under the duvet on my chest and is very snugly. She follows me everywhere.

Anyone?? Please? I have an awful feeling chickaroo is a he and I am feeling sad. :-(

Oh really!? I didn't know that. That's what the lady said who I got her from. I have only ever had ex battery hens so am only just getting used to getting different breeds. What do u think she is? She said she is a buff orpington bantam. So the stupid woman could have got the sex wrong too then. :-( she said she is about 5-6 weeks old.

I had a buff orpington before and at 5-6 weeks it looked like that( I have photos) and grew into his masculinity, so I would say with the red comb and wattles it is likely a cockerel
