Is my mutt a cockeral?

I've hatched a few eggs in my homemade incubator. The farmer has only 2 roosters for 60 hens so most of the eggs are not fertilized. I set 12 eggs and hatched 2 and then set 15 and hatched 3. This is a picture of my mutt (2nd generation red sex-link) who is one of the first 2. I'm fairly certain that he is a cockerel and want to double check with you guys. The other one from the batch is definitely a pullet but since they are not a breed they may have other characteristics. Is my baby (6+ weeks old) a roo?

Llooking at that comb development and posture i'd say its a he, as you also think.
