Is my new hen really a rooster?

Could be, and those early 'crows' are very cute! Bantam boys have a higher pitched crow than the standard roosters'; it's easy to hear the difference.

Hey seem to be doing a little better now... As they get older, would it be a bad idea to keep all 3 cockerels together with the girls... They r brothers, so I think they already have their rankings

Mine have been pretty good with each other, having plenty of space, areas to avoid other roos, and more hens. It depends on individual temperments, and space. If you can, keep them longer, so you can select the best to keep. They will be handsome! IMG_0417 (1).JPG A young pair.
IMG_0171.JPG Adult, not SQ, but nice birds.
