Is my RIR she, a he?

My ladies are about 10.5 weeks old. I know roosters generally have bigger combs at this age, but this ladies tail feathers are significantly larger than my other 8. Also this one is the most outgoing, running up to me and beating out the other ladies to get to me. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Looks like all girls to me. =) My RIR cockerel had a huge comb at 6 weeks, much bigger and redder than what your gals have, and he also had very shiny hackle and saddle feathers and started to get green tail feathers at the same age your girls are
