Is my silkie broody or sick?

My silkie is 10 months old. The other night I came out and she was laying in the nesting box. Today I got home and my husband said she’d been on the nest ever since he opened the coop 2 hours earlier. All my other hens are free ranging right now and she won’t hardly move. She doesn’t even seem to blink. There’s a bug crawling on her I don’t know if that’s something to be concerned about. Thoughts?

Sounds broody. Not certain what that bug is, but I would check closely for lice.

I checked the vent and base of her neck. I bought permethrin to spray down the coop and treat the hens. I’m trying to figure out if I should spray the run as well.
