Is one a rooster?

I just got two 5 week chicks and I swear the one on the left in the picture is a rooster. Can anyone verify or confirm my suspicion?

Thanks! I can’t keep a rooster because a current hen I have just got battered by a rooster at her previous home and I said she never had to deal with that again so I am really hoping for two hens!
