Is one of these a cockerel or both pullets?

I have two opal legbars I'm wondering if both are pullets or if one is a roo because they look so different. One has longer tail feathers and minimal barring. The other has a large crest and lots of barring. ???

They're 6 weeks old. Why would they look so different if both are pullets?
Sometimes chicks feather out at different rates, and even within a breed there could be variation depending on the quality/source of the breeding flock. Both do look to be pullets.

The white one doesn’t look like a legbar to me. Body shape is different too. I just hatched 20 (11 pullets and 9 cockerels). Mine are 4 weeks old. The breed is new for me but both of my opal pullets look more like your greyish one.
