No. However, broiler grower is.

Read the ingredients.
If it's just corn and soy (and some mills have nothing but that in their pig grower, some have lots of stuff) and you're just feeding it to CX from 4 - 8 weeks and then butchering them, it won't hurt them, it's just unbalanced and that much soy can affect the texture and flavor of the meat.

If it has other ingredients beside corn and soy, you'll have to figure out if those are ok for chickens.

If you're planning on keeping those birds longer that 8 weeks, that's a really unbalanced diet and they'll quickly start to suffer from it.

Broiler grower is made for broilers. Pig food is not a good diet for them. It might not hurt them right away, but it will affect the meat quality. Don't use it.
