Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing good out there in chicken land!
I have a pullet that is (supposed to be) a Silver Leghorn. I got her from a reputable small-scale hatchery outside of Raleigh so I'm feeling like her breed should be accurate. She's so tiny though, that I wonder if I got a bantam. I have no experience with bantams so I'm not sure if that's it, or if she's just petite. I think Leghorns are on the slighter side though, correct?
Here are some pictures of her alongside other pullets for comparison. I don't have any other Leghorns, so that may be why she looks small.
At 12 weeks. That's a Speckled Sussex cockerel in the foreground, and three EE pullets (also 12 weeks).
At 15 weeks. Same cockerel and EEs. The BSL in the lower left is 2 years old.
At 15 weeks. Same cockerel and EEs (also 15 weeks). The BSL in the lower right is 2 years old.
