So my youngest son named her sparkles, but now at 14 weeks I'm wondering if it should be Mr Sparkles

ok.. for some reason all 3 pics wouldn't post in one thread.. the first pick is what the other girls look like.. Sparkles is in the last 2 pics..
 
Depending on the breed, if the comb suddenly got bigger and redder, she is gettting ready to lay and egg. The comb changes in a hen a couple weeks before she starts laying. My white leghorn is 15 weeks old, and when her comb changed I thought she might be a he too, but then I remembered what happened. My guess is you would have noticed a difference before 14 weeks.
