Is she a rooster?

I'm raising 4 chicks that are all a week old now. They all cheep peacfully except for one she is larger than all the rest and makes a long screaching noise. Is it possible that she is a rooster? Would they be showing signs at such an early age? She is a red sussex so I couldn't find any sexing tips online.

Is she showing signs of a pink comb? By this age you should be able to start seeing some signs.

I have "Big Bertha" she's the same age as my other 2 Barred Rocks but twice the size.
