i have a 6 week old duck and i noticed last couple of days she has been alittle different in her behavior.she sits and keeps opening her mouth really wide as if something is stuck.;how do i know if this is the problem and if it is what do ido?

You may want to check into gape worm. Mine were doing that behavior frequently along with the other symptoms. I dewormed them and they were back to normal quite quickly. Just search gape worm here and in the internet to see if they have those symptoms.

yes she is breathing ok.she just keeps stretching her neck and shaking her head.to me it seems she has somthing lodged in there.maybe i am overreacting and this is normal.

not sure if this is it,i will keep that inmind ty .she eats and drinks just fine, just when she is done she looks like there is a problem.

What is the food and water setup for her? Both 24/7? Or something else? What is she eating? Has she been getting small amounts of chick grit with her feed for a few weeks now?

Does she do this mostly after a bath?

She may be getting into some dry material, like dry grass or leaf pieces, she may have mild allergies. I reckon if people have them, (I have heard of dogs and cats having allergies), why not ducks?

Is there a big bucket of water outside with them?

I have seen Romy get so much soil in her bill that she has a hard time shaking it out, and needs a big drink to wash it out and down.

I seen one of mine doing the same thing. It was outside with me in a make shift pen I'm not really sure if I had already put the veggies in the water at this time or not. I know it wasn't eating or drinking at the time. It did look like it was choking though.
