My 9 month old EE, Leela, Is acting very strange.
Normally very skittish (we can't even pet her) we were able to catch her easily. She was standing near a 'nest' that some of the other girls have been laying in.
She has a wide stance and a slow, waddling walk that looks like she has an over-sized butt that almost drags the ground.
Her vent is a normal color but appears swollen and the feathers below it are messy with feces.
We felt around her abdomen and could find no signs of an egg inside.
She is in a rabbit hutch by herself right now and she just looks... droopy.

What should I do?

The vent will often pulse when they're trying to expel.
If they are blocked by an egg, a runny whitish liquid will seep out. That's the liquid/urine part of the feces.
If that's the case, give a hot bath, massage the abdomen and lubricate the vent with olive oil. Sometimes every couple hours.
