is she giving up??

My hen has been broody for 15 days and her eggs are alive and she gets off the nest every 30 minutes!!! Is she giving up, what should I do???

Check the nest and make sure that it is not mite infested. Upon occasion mites will multiply in a nest site and continually irritate a setting hen. They can cause a hen to stop setting or can even kill her. If you discover mites, remove all bedding, dust the nest site, add new bedding and replace the eggs - dust the hen also.
