Is chicken has red spots allover her feet.

The bird is okay. Reddening indicates high hormone levels. Can you post a picture of the bird? Large spurs and red coloring of legs has me thinking that it is a rooster.

I know it's not a rooster because roosters are a kinda new thing for us and before we had roosters there was absolutely no crowing at all

Wait, it still could be a rooster?

if your rooster didnt crow at all before, it either wasn’t to the age, or wasn’t a rooster.

It would definitely be at the age because we've had thise chickens for over 4 years

My rooster's legs look so red, they look painful. But he is having the time of his life. The first time I saw that, I came on here in a panic, and was told "it is like the sap rising in the spring" so yes, I agree, it is a hormonal surge after the dark days of winter.
