She is the only girl with this in the coop (I have 11 girls). I am so worried that its Mites but I feel like they would all be like this if that was the case. SO I'm looking for some advice on what to do! Thank you all for your help and time!

i think she just needs a good bath!!

one of my hens is like that but i am waiting for the some warmish weather to wash her! Which i am doubt I will get now since its winter.

It looks more like she's just dirty to me, but I would still treat for mites to be safe. A good mite treatment is Sevin dust or another poultry dust, though some people have success with diatamaceous earth, dog flea and tick shampoos, or (only for birds not laying eggs for human consumption) frontline.

Nice to have your input! I will bath her in the house and dry her nice and good before she is returned to the coop (because I don't think we will get warm enough weather to do all that outside )! thank you so much!

Thank you for your advice! I am constantly treating them for worms, mites and lice but, its never a sure thing. I will continue to treat them all and give the dirty girl a bath, I have heard a lot about wood ash? what do you know about that helping with mite prevention??

Why and with what?
Indiscriminate and 'constant' application of meds could be causing in imbalance in her system.
If that mess pictured is around her vent, she must have some loose stools which could be caused by a myriad of health/feed issues.

Sevin and Frontline have lifetime withdrawal for meat and eggs per FARAD.
