Is something wrong?

I put my chicks in lockdown on April 30th. It was day 18.
Today, day 19 one had pecked through the Shell this morning. I looked while ago and another had. Is it too soon?

well, they dont seem to think so. I have had them hatch on day 18 more often then day 21. They were fine.

It's normal! I've had some hatch on 18 also! It could be that temp was a bit too high, but as long as they hatch you did something right!

I used to need to leave home when I first started hatching. I seriously couldnt take it. LOL

Its a little raw. It should dry up pretty good. Make sure when the others hatch and are up running around they dont peck at it. If they do separate it. and if it still looks like that after it fluffs up a dab of antibiotic ointment there wont hurt.

My temp and humidity spiked. Humidity is at 79 and temp at 100.4
Should I do anything?
