Noticed the chickens are working on a patch of what I think is splitlip hempnettle. Anyone know if it’s poisonous to chickens? I’ve read chickens avoid eating poisonous plants but I wanted to make sure.

While I am not a Botanist, i did find reports of Hempnettle seeds being found in Scratch & Peck feeds back in 2017, as well as a few other seeds. It made the papers because Hemp[nettle is considered and invasive species in Alaska, Canada, and elsewhere - but no mention of it being any concern to chickens nutritionally, just forbidden as an invasive.

Assuming your chickens have the choice to eat other things, I'd not be concerned.
