In both this thread and the other, I can't see the comb. How old is the bird? From the look of the feathering, I'm going to guess rooster

I agree with Mountain Peeps regarding the feathering, but I would like to see a close up picture of the head facing the camera where we can see the comb and wattles. It would certainly make gender identification easier. )
