Is the Sevin still okay to use?

Found evidence of lice/mites and want to use the Sevin for poultry but I left it on the shelf in the barn through a cold winter. Does anyone know if it's still effective or should I buy new? Thanks

As long as it's not a big clump\\brick it should be ok. My tube of Sevin stayed in the coop all winter and seems to be working ok. I apply a liberal (not political) dose every time I clean out the coop which is about once a month.
