Is there a way to safely empty my chicken's crop of all grit and everything?

Much the same as my last post on here. My mama hen was stumbling around and I thought it was an injury of some kind. Turns out she swallowed two little bits of metal somehow and it's poisoning her. No vet has been any help whatsoever except for the first one we went to, but they can't extract them because they don't have the tools. Everywhere else is saying her prognosis is too poor for them to even consider it, so I just have to know, is there anything we can do to force her crop to empty completely? I don't know how much longer she'll make it if this keeps up and she has a baby to take care of.
