Is There An Easier Way To Lift Heavy Logs For My "Log Cabin" Chicken Coop?

Hello,
I am currently building a "Log Cabin" Chicken Coop. We live in a forested area with lots of trees. I am using Pine and Maple for this coop. The logs are heavy, my largest logs are 7ft 5in long and have a diameter of 5-6in and the forested area where I am harvesting logs is quite a distance when carrying logs on your shoulder. Is there an easier way to lift and move them?
Thank you,

IIRC, when logging is done by hand logs are traditionally dragged for transport to where they can be loaded onto a truck/trailer with some type of hoist.

Can you get a truck or even a lawn tractor back to where you're cutting? You could rig a chain arrangement to drag the logs with a lawn tractor.

Dragging is easier than lifting. Skidding (Dragging with barely lifting... wrap a chain around the front end) is easier than dragging. Rollers under the log makes it even easier, so does putting the front end of the log on wheels or skids. Even just anything flat to keep the front end from digging in will help some. If you aren't in a hurry, you could stack them and move them after they season.
