Is there an incubator that will do quail and chicken eggs at same time

I have silkie eggs and bobwhite eggs.....any chance I can incubate in same incubator

Sure, the only issue is the different incubation time. It's easiest to time them to hatch at the same time, then you stop turning and raise humidity at the same time.

Once they hatch, you will almost certainly need to brood them separately.
