Is there any hope?

Hi everyone! This is my first time raising baby chicks. I have a very small yard so I only got 4 laying hens.... or maybe 3 and a rooster. I cannot have a rooster so he may

be dinner. Is there any hope that this 4 week old Easter Egger chick could still be a hen? It has the red shoulders and a 3 row pea comb. It also feathered much slower and is very heafty compared to the others.
Would like to know what you all think.

Sorry to say it but that's definitely a rooster. My EE boy looked just like that when he was a baby.

I'm thinking that's a cockerel but you can always wait and see.
