Is there any hope?

When I put my 24 eggs into lockdown wednesday night, I woke up to check them at 3 am. I had a temp spike to 105.

I also had 1 pip early and hatch day 19 (last night) she is doing ok but seems quiet, not terribly active...not fluffy like I though she would be by now. I regards to the temp spike, is there anyone who has experienced this and was either successful or totally failed because of it? And for my lone chick, how long before she should come out? she will be lonely yes? I should get her a friend? What if no one else hatches? ill be devastated,

any help is much appreciated!

Did the spike last for long? Usually spikes and drops don't make a huge difference late in the hatch process.

3 hours at the most.
in regards to the chickie, should I take her out before I have other pips? she hatched at 830 but wasnt totally disconnected from the shell/cord untill like 1 am...she probably isnt ready yet right?
