Is there anyway this is not a rooster? Only 3 weeks

Hey there I have 11 chickens all different breeds none of them have developed this giant comb like this one. It’s a frizzle and I have another frizzle that looks no where near this and they are all the same age. This is my first time with these guys and the more I read I thought it was pretty impossible to tell untill they were a few months old so any opinions here would be great! Thank you!

Yeah chances are pretty good it's a boy. Another good tell-tale sign is the size of legs/feet compared to their siblings.

That looks to be all boy. Everything from the very pronounced comb to his upright, alert, chest flexed posture in the middle photo point to a fine cockerel. If you have any intentions on keeping one of the boys from this batch, you might wish to keep an eye on this little fella. He looks like a keeper to me.
