is there something wrong with my chicken

This is stella and giuseppina. They are roughly 21 weeks old! Giuseppina has such a vibrant big comb and waddles but stella’s comb has hardly grown in weeks and it’s more pink than red! they have been together since hatching but i adopted them when they were six weeks old. they weren’t well taken care of the first 6 weeks and were fed bird seed instead of grower feed and im worried it has maybe effected stella’s growth or development ..is it normal for a leghorn of pretty much laying age to have such a small comb?

She’s fine, some chickens just mature slower.

i've had hens with combs flopped over their so big and hens with combs hardly showing. she's fine.

Leghorns have big wattles too, but my 23 week old pullet still got a tiny pink wattle like yours. She's active and loves to fly. As long as your chickens aren't behaving weirdly or is having trouble with something, she should be fine.
